What do David Bowie, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Stanley Clarke, Freddie Hubbard and Mel Torme have in common? Pianist Mike Garson!
Garson releases new recording entitled "Bowie Variations" -- as David Bowie stated, "Whatever Mike lends his hands to invariably becomes something magical."
Garson has been Bowie's pianist for more than 35 years, has toured and perfomred and recorded with Nine Inch Nails, Smashing Pumpkins and many more in jazz, rock and pop!

Spring has been a busy time for NNENNA FREELON!
Nnenna gave a command performance for Aretha Franklin - again! Nnenna performed with Ivan Lins and Milton Nasciemento in Brazil for Brazil's largest National Cancer Fundraiser, debuted her Tribute to Lena Horne at Feinstein's in New York, and received the State of North Carolina's Award for outstanding service to the Arts!
